The tour fee quoted includes:
Vehicles and gas
Services of tour Leader
Game park entry fees
For any destination the tour fee does not include:
International flights to and from tour destination
Purchases of personal items
Phone, Fax or Email costs
Some countries are proposing increases to park fees, or hotel taxes which may be imposed at short notice. We shall notify you if and when this happens, and regret that the costs of this governmental action will need to be passed on to you.
Some parks have started to impose “Professional Lens Fees”. They can be from $200 to $800. This is considered a cost outside of the safari price and is not the responsibility of Gustafson Photo Safari. Rather than charge clients this fee that may or may not be imposed by the game parks, we recommend that clients have these funds available in the event that they are imposed.
Tipping of hotel staff, porters etc is at the client’s discretion. Tipping of the driver guides is mandatory. Guidance on tip amounts will be provided in the tour joining instructions.
Notes, Terms and Conditions
Gustafson Photo Safari Services include in-country tickets, re-confirmation and airport assistance.
Participants are responsible for transportation to and from the tour destination.
Airport taxes are not included – USD $20 or equivalent for international flights as at date of offer.
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
If you decide to start your tour late or end your tour early for any reason the unused portion of any Safari or Tour is not refundable.
A binding contract will come into existence once the Company accepts your booking, which will be evidenced by the issue of an invoice. A non refundable deposit of $1,000.00 will be payable once confirmation of the booking is requested. The balance must be paid 90 days before the commencement of your tour or safari.
Credit Cards Not Accepted. All wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you make a booking within 90 days before the commencement of your tour or safari then you will have to make full payment at the time of booking.
Non-payment or late payment will result in your booking being canceled in which case the cancellation charges will be applied.
If you wish to alter your booking you must notify the Company in writing at least 90 days before you use the Company’s services. Such alteration may be subject to a charge of US$25 to cover administration costs and any further charge incurred or imposed by any of the suppliers in making the requested alteration. For alteration notification in writing must be received by the Company 90 days before the commencement of your tour or safari.
Cancellations and Refunds
If the Company has to cancel your tour for any reason its liability will be limited to the refund of all monies paid.
Cancellations by the client must be received in writing; however, they will be considered effective upon advisement of the cancellation.
If the Company is able to re-sell your place(s) from its waiting list you will receive a full refund of all monies paid less a $100 administration fee.
90 days and over Full Loss of Deposit. Cancellations received 90 days or more prior to departure are refundable less Full Loss of Deposit per person unless otherwise noted in your proposal agreement. Cancellations received within 90 days of departure are non-refundable. All cancellations must be received in writing; however, they will be considered effective upon advisement of the cancellation. If you cancel and your place is sold off of a waiting list you will get a full refund including your deposit, less a handling fee of $100.00.
